More Than a Sunday Service
When Jim and I settled in Fort Lauderdale, one of the first things we did was find a church home. We weren’t looking for a performance. We were looking for real people doing real life together — and that’s what we found at Rio Vista Church.
The Bible study group has been especially meaningful to me. As a Czech woman living in America, I sometimes felt like an outsider in faith spaces — the culture was unfamiliar, the expressions were different. Rio Vista made room for all of that. For my questions. For my accent. For my honest wrestling with Scripture.
